Yıldız Technical University International Relations Office was founded under Vice Rector’s Office for Academic Affairs in March, 2010 in order for YTU to become an internationally recognized university.  In 2017, our name became International Cooperation and Joint Programmes Unit. International Cooperation and Joint Programmes Unit deals in international educational cooperation and programs other than Erasmus by EU and Mevlana Exchange Program by the Council of Higher Education. International Cooperation and Joint Programmes Unit, through signing bilateral and multilateral educational cooperation protocols with the countries all over the world, deals in student and faculty exchange.


Our unit aims to set up double/joint degree programs by increasing the number of faculty and student exchanges and to increase the international partnerships of our university through international partnerships within the scope of protocols. IInternational Cooperation and Joint Programmes Unit provides delegations and groups visiting our university with presentations of university in different languages, guidance service, etc. and organizes activities such as international award ceremonies, conferences, and summer school and internship programs. Our unit also provides consultancy on education abroad and scholarships.
